About Us:
360 Strength and Performance is a high-performance training facility on Sydney’s Northern Beaches. We specialize in strength and performance training for athletes and the wider community, fostering a supportive environment that prioritizes athletic growth, injury prevention, and lifelong movement skills.

About the Role:
As a Personal Trainer/Strength Coach, you’ll design and coach tailored strength and conditioning programs for a diverse group of athletes and clients. You’ll play a key role in developing relationships with the local community, ensuring that our gym maintains its reputation as a premier training facility.

What You’ll Do:

  • Create and implement personalized strength and conditioning programs using TeamBuildr software.

  • Conduct movement assessments for prospective clients and manage sign-ups.

  • Build strong connections with local clubs, allied health professionals, and the wider community.

  • Deliver exceptional customer service, ensuring a high-quality experience for all members.

  • Drive engagement with clients through follow-ups and professional communication.

  • Passion for strength and conditioning and helping others achieve their goals.

Qualifications:

  • Cert III & IV in Fitness (required).

  • Current First Aid and CPR certification.

  • Working with Children Check.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Sport Science or Human Movement (preferred).

  • Australian residency or citizenship.
