About 360 Strength and Performance:
360 Strength and Performance is a high performance training facility on the Northern Beaches, delivering a range of strength and performance services to the surrounding athletic community. We specialise in semi-private coaching, individualised programming and long-term development - not quick fixes or high-volume classes. Our focus is on coaching quality, relationships and building a genuine community where members feel supported, challenged and connected. We’re a close-knit team that values professionalism, accountability and culture - while still genuinely enjoying training, coaching and spending time together.
About the role:

This role is ideal for a coach who values stability, enjoys working within a team environment and wants to be part of a gym that prioritises high-quality coaching and strong member relationships. The weekly roster will be locked in to provide consistency and stability. Flexibility is important as team members are expected to support each other by covering shifts when someone is unwell or on leave.

Demonstrate flexibility to assist with shift coverage when needed
Actively contribute to gym culture and community events
Maintain a professional standard in presentation, communication and conduct at all times
About you:

Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Reliable, punctual and professional
Flexible and team-oriented mindset
Genuinely values community and long-term involvement
Availability Requirements:
