Our Youth-Only Coaching sessions are designed specifically for kids and teens who want to move well, get stronger, and build a healthy foundation for sport and life.
Why Our youth only session is Perfect for Your Child

Kids can arrive anytime between 3:45pm and 4:00pm, making it easy to work around school pickups, homework, and after-school chaos — with every session running for 1hr until 5:00pm.

We cap sessions at just 6 participants, so your child gets personalised coaching and the attention they need to move safely, confidently, and with purpose.

At 360 Strength and Performance, we believe in the value of choice.
Therefore, we don't have contracts!
We want you to be here because you enjoy it and are seeing results, not because you feel stuck due to a lock-in. We are so confident in our service we don’t feel the need to lock you in.
However, we do have a minimum 8-week commitment. This allows our coaches an opportunity to learn your body, your ability to respond to instruction and your limitations. It also gives you a fair chance to experience the benefits of our coaching and your specific program.
